Thank you so much for your order. We are so honored that you chose us to complete your project.

So we can be successful there are a few things for you to be aware of.

Sales Orders Where We Are Purchasing Your Items

Orders will be started after your invoice is paid. This is so we can order your items and the supplies we need to complete your project.

Payment

We will email you a quote and art approval. You can pay directly online with any major debit/credit card or check out our payments plans through different vendors.

Art Proofs

We will email you a proof for you to review and approve before we start your project. Please look over your proof carefully and double check spelling, colors, and placement details. We have no problem making changes, so please let us know if you want to see something different.

You [the purchaser] certify that you own the rights to or have a license to use copyrighted or trademarked image(s) being used in the design of your order, and WSDC takes no responsibility in any trademark or copyright infringement from your design.

Copyrights and Ownership

In accordance with copyright laws, a design is the property of the designer (WSDC); said design cannot be reproduced in any way, without the written consent of the owner. All drawings, artwork files, color separations, films, screens, proofs & other visual presentation materials supplied by WSDC shall remain the property of WSDC and may be shown in printed or online portfolios. Final artwork & concepts may not be given to other artists to alter, reproduce or post online in any way without the express written permission of WSDC. WSDC retains the ownership of all embroidery stitch files and any print files. 

Graphic Design Services

The fees for our graphic design services are $30 an hour, and will be billed in hourly increments with a minimum of 1 hour per graphic design job.

Color Accuracy

Due to variances in computer monitors and printers, colors in an artwork proof or mockup are not true to the finished product. If you desire a specific color match, please specify the color by providing either a physical sample or listing a corresponding Pantone Ink color (PMS color) on your purchase order. Additional color matching fees apply.

Embroidery colors will only be matched as close as possible and are the final choice of the production team. There is no Pantone system for embroidery thread colors.

Specialty Decorations

Some applications such as digital prints, foil, puff ink, and glow in the dark inks do not hold up as well as Plastisol or water based inks. Due to the inconsistent nature and short life spans of these applications WSDC will not be liable for minor inconsistencies found in the print and will not issue refunds or reprints for these services.

Cancellations and Refunds

All sales are final, and cancellations will not be accepted once your job moves into production, which is the day after we receive full payment and accepted approval of quote and proof.

If you are due a refund for out of stock items without replacements, your refund will be given on the same payment it was originally processed on.

Shipping and Pickup

We ship anywhere in the US, APO, Canada and some international countries. We ship UPS unless requested to ship Fed Ex or USPS.

Quotes

Estimates, quotes, proposals, etc. expire within 30 days and are subject to change upon review of submitted artwork, garments, or any other order related item.

Quality Assurance

We go to great lengths to try to ensure that every order that leaves our facility is correct. Any order printed different than the approved proof will be granted a reprint of the defective product. It is your responsibility as the customer to check over garments as you receive them. We allow an industry standard 72 hour window from the time you receive the goods to notify us of any issues with the order. WSDC will not be responsible for errors with your order if notified after 72 hours of receipt of goods. If it is determined that you need to return products to us for inspection or to be reprinted or stitched, the product must be returned within 1 week of the stated claim. If you have contacted us to make a return and we have agreed to cover the shipping costs, all items must be shipped using ground shipping methods from UPS or FedEx, any other methods of shipping (3 day ship, 2nd day air, next day air, next day saver) will not be covered. If items are returned after this timeframe, the shipment will be denied and the package will be sent back unless prior arrangements have been made.

If WSDC is responsible for any errors in your order, we will reprint or stitch the apparel in error. We do not offer refunds, but will gladly reprint any production errors that exceed the spoilage rate of 5%. WSDC will not be responsible for any lost income, customers, accounts, and/or contracts if defective garments are sent out to your final customer.

Returns

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on personalized items. We do however take great pride in making sure that you will be happy with your order. If you would like to pick out threads in person we would be happy to accommodate you.

All other returns on non-decorated items will have a restocking fee of 10%. Items must be unworn and in new condition. Please contact us for a return item number and shipping label if you need it.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless WSDC from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising from or related to your use of this web site or our services. You also certify that you own the rights to or have a license to use the image(s) being imprinted as part of your order.

Privacy

WSDC is committed to protecting your privacy. We will not sell or disclose any information that identifies you to a third party without your prior approval. We may use the information we collect to periodically notify you about new services or special offers we think you’ll find valuable. If you would rather not receive this information, you may send an e-mail to support@westernskiesco.com with “unsubscribe” as the subject line. WSDC does not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others.
