Shipping Times and Information

We ship in stock premade items within 3-7 days. We use UPS as our preferred shipper so please make sure you provide us with a physical address. If you would rather us use USPS just let us know.

Custom Items - Your custom items ship within 20 business days of your order. Please watch for your art proofs and communications from us so we can move your order along the fastest way possible.

Delivery Times- We use UPS Ground for our default shipping provider. This usually takes 3-5 days for delivery to you once we ship. We do not take any responsibility for lost or stolen packages. We can help you by providing any information needed for you to file any police reports. We take fraud very seriously and we will help you as much as we can but please make sure your shipping address is secure.

Refunds and Returns

Refunds will be given back on the same payment method and or card, provided at checkout.

For custom orders - Any order with business logo, name, ranch brand or custom thread colors are not eligible for a return or refund. If we make a mistake on our end we will gladly replace your item. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your item for a return label if necessary.

DO NOT return any item without contacting us first.
